A - We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of purchase from Paypal, including framed.

Q - How many Characters / Letters can be displayed on an image?
A - Images are available in 8 ½ X 11 or 8 ½ X 14 sizes. We can accommodate up to 16 characters per line and up to 8 lines per page. ( 128 maximum horizontal or portrait ).

Q - How much does an image cost?
A - The minimum price for an image (Unframed) is $ 10.00 US. Our pricing chart can be seen on the home page.
Q - Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A - We will gladly refund the price for any unacceptable image. All you need to do is notify us and pay the return shipping.
Q - Do you have an interest in receiving suggestions for additional letters, numbers or punctuation marks?
A - ABSOLUTELY. In fact, we offer a free image for any acceptable character(s) submitted.
